This is my 3rd time back at this hotel not only is it a stone's throw from the beach the food is fantastic.

They have 4 suites each decorated with a different colour theme and each have a huge bath. The King size bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have a modern bathroom. The double rooms are smaller still decorated well and functional. But what makes this hotel worth coming back too time and time again is the staff. You will receive impeccable service and humour they simply cannot do enough for you.

The food is excellent well worth dining in rather than going out in Cromer and they include fresh Cromer crab on the menu. Whoever is the Chef here we need to give them credit.

The prices are fantastic for what you get and a tip go to the hotel direct as it's cheaper.

You can walk from Cromer to Overstrand and back, a lovely walk and rewarded at Overstrand with refreshment at the Cliff Top Cafe.

I can't give enough stars to this hotel well worth visiting time and time again with the added benefit of free parking for guests.

One extra bonus is that you can visit one of the great shows at Cromer Pier in the evening due to its superb location.

Thank you for your lovely review following your recent 3rd visit to us. We enjoy welcoming back many returning guests such as yourselves and its always a pleasure reading that expectations have continued to be met. We hope to welcome you back for a 4th time soon, maybe in the summer months whilst the last end of the pier review show takes place! Best wishes Martin

We had a suite, which comprised a very large room lit by a huge chandelier, with king-size double bed and a sofa, two TVs, mini refrigerator, a desk (not very well lit, sadly), a large and very well lit bathroom with both bath and a roomy shower. Fluffy towels. Dressing gowns and slippers provided. There was a pod-type coffee machine as well as a kettle and plenty of sachets of instant coffee and tea bags, biscuits were replenished every day, while bottled water and fresh milk were provided in the mini-fridge. Newspapers of your choice were also provided every day at the front desk (at cost!).
Excellent breakfasts with a wide choice of hot food , including all the usual fare – eggs, sausages, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc., plus pancakes, smoked salmon and excellent kippers, speedily served. Toast and home-made jams and marmalade. Very accommodating, and would provide any combination you wanted at breakfast. Had dinner several times, all very good, large portions served piping hot. There’s a fairly limited menu, with a different roast most evenings, as well as fish and chips, sea bass, pork belly, duck breast, chicken supremes, steak and ale pie, plus vegetarian options. Free sherry and cake every afternoon at 4pm in the lounge area, which was a nice touch.
Plenty of free parking space, and a very short walk into the town, where there are a few more restaurants, though not actually very many!
Would recommend most highly

Thank you for your recommendation of us offering a very comfortable and friendly hotel. We are all delighted you enjoyed your recent break with us. Next time if you feel you need more light in the room just ask at Reception and they will be more than happy to provide additional lamps, or change the lightbulbs for stronger ones if possible - although I can't guarantee they the lamp shades will match the room colour scheme! We look forward to welcoming you back in the future sometime to enjoy another relaxing break on the North Norfolk coast. Best wishes Martin

We booked here for the Easter break and had a great time.

Relatively easy to find, Plenty of free car parking, large reception area and 5 mins walk to the beach brought the park.

Our room was huge with a large bathroom, flatscreen to, large selection of teas and coffees as well as the king size comfy bed - lovely sleep.

All hotel staff nice and the breakfasts were amazing - recommend the Smoked Baked Beans

For Easter they had chocolate eggs in reception and in Easter Sunday you were all given a Cream egg - nice thought.

Every afternoon between 16:00-17:00 there was free Sherry and cake as well as the newspapers.

It was great sitting in the lounge reading and relaxing.

A lovely hotel where they made you feel welcome and lots of personal touches.

Sorry for taking the phrase from another review but it does sum up this very welcoming and well run hotel. The service is first class, including the sherry and cake, the staff very friendly and efficient and with free parking so near the front, what more could you ask for.

Room, Upgraded to a suite upon our arrival. Which really was a great start to our 35 Wedding Anniversary celebrations. The Staff were very helpful and could have not offered a better service. The food also was excellent, would highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: All rooms are good
