“A delightfully unusual menu”

First you have to find your way up into this restaurant. There is a fish and chip shop and a fish and chip restaurant downstairs and the stairs for this restaurant are on the road side. It isn't grand or smart but the quality of food and service are very good. Someone came to explain how the menu worked and we opted for a shared starter of 3 dishes. There is a Malaysian or oriental influence and the food was delicious. I chose lobster paella for main course which was about £17 and had a good 1/2 lobster on top and plenty of seafood in it. My husband had straightforward fish and chips which was really good.

Lovely staff, really nice meal. On a Sunday their last booking is 630 so we did feel a bit conscious of being the last people in there. However we would definitely go back if we’re in Cromer again. And the MJ playlist was fab!! Thanks for the balloons too

Great fish & chips, none of your greasy, soggy stuff here! Plenty of staff to ensure you are not left waiting for anything. I would suggest booking as I it is popular and can get busy, especially with the end of pier show nearby.

We visited on Sunday for lunch during a birthday weekend away. We were seriously impressed with the menu, quality of food and the speedy and knowledgeable service. It was also nice to see that more than half of the items on the menu were marked as being gluten free. If we are ever in Cromer again we will be sure to return.

Delicious fresh fish and chips. Nice atmosphere, reasonable service and the best tartar sauce I’ve ever tasted. Restaurant was very busy for mid afternoon so clearly popular. Fantastic location with top view. Would definitely recommend.
