We stayed in one of the apartments for 2 nights and it was perfect. Large rooms lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Washing machine, dishwasher microwave, cooker everything that you could need, and everywhere was spotless!!!! Rooms were cleaned each day and breakfast was a huge buffet with indoor and outdoor seating. There are several pools and a play area for children. Opposite a natural wooded area yet within a few. Inured drive of beach and shops. Yes perfect in every way.

Room Tip: All perfect

Arrived to a warm welcome and helpful receptionist, who spent time telling us what was in the area and best places to go. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was spacious and spotlessly with daily cleaning of the room and change of towels. Kitchen had washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob. Beds very comfortable. Free internet worked well. The apartments are in a good location with a short drive to Arenal area.

We stayed here for one night on our journey from the UK to southern Spain.
Very well located in a quiet part of town, took about twenty five minutes to walk to the Arenal area, the main road leading down to town is quite narrow with no footpath.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable and good staff.
Across the road from the apartment is a children's adventure playground with a great bar and restaurant. Would certainly stay again but use the car for getting into town.

If it gets 1 star for having a roof, 1 star for having running water, 1 star for electricity and 1 star for having a swimming pool, I can see why it gets 4 stars.

However, the breakfast is woeful, the rooms dingy, the furniture exhausted, the sound proofing non existent, the tv in the bedroom is ancient and lights don't work.

The icing on the cake was the pile of vomit on the pavement near the rooms.

Be better off pitching a tent in the park across the road.

Ps. The people working at this hotel are great.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was an apartment with cooker, fridge, dishwasher, iron, safe and they were cleaned every day. The Arunel (beach) was a 40 minute walk downhill without pavements so it is better to have a car. The gym was the main disappointment but we now know it was adequate as a gym in Spain. Equipment was in poor condition and old and the aircon in the gym didn't really work. We paid for a gym in town and found that was the same so our advice is forget the gyms in Spain unless you aim to pay a lot of money. The pools were excellent. It was hot but we had no scrum for a sun bed. We were in room 110 and would be happy to recommend it. Perfect location for families who want to be away from the commercial hustle and bustle but have use of 3 safe pools. A baby pool, a slightly deeper pool and then a deep pool. There is a play park opposite but it was too hot when we were there. Cab to Arunel was €8 each way. €10 each way to the port. Restaurant was ok but we only used it for breakfast twice. Buffet and scrambled egg and bacon. The tea was as good as English. Aircon in the rooms. Blackout curtain in bedroom. 2x TVs but we didn't watch tv. Kiosk next to pool sold equivalent of callipo lollies, magnum style lollies, drinks and crisps and sandwiches. I would stay again if I had a car.

Room Tip: I would choose 110-122 but if you are a light sleeper ask them not to put you on the main road.
