“Moore than we expected.”

We spent two lovely weeks at Palm View, celebrating my wife's birthday, - nineteen people all together. The place and location is excellent, only a fifteen minutes walk from the beach or to the old town. There is a large pool with an attending outdoor kitchen, BBQ, shower and a WC. The owner look in to us every day to see if every thing was OK. We will love to come back.

Thank you Gunnar for your kind words. We hope that if you revisit Javea you will consider our villa again or our smaller 3 bedroom villa next door.

“Great villa for large families”
Reviewed 7 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Villa was great with every amenity you need. Pool area was thoroughly used and enjoyed by children and adults alike. Plenty of sun beds and outdoor seating. All apartments well furnished and clean. Owners very helpful and always there if you need anything. Would definitely go again.

“Perfect for large families”
Reviewed 26 June 2017 for a stay in June 2017

Fantastic villa , so well looked after by the owners. Very socialable pool area, outside kitchen, shaded area for children, great for long days spent with the family. Self contained apartments in the villa so still have own space but can easily walk between them. Very sound proof if you have young babies up in the night . Walking distance to the arenal area 15 min approx , although need buggies and the elderly tended to taxi approx 7 euros. Villa seems very private with lovely views of the rock in a quiet area. Owners very helpful on booking and warm welcome with cold drinks . Surprised by previous review as did not find intrusive at all. Would highly recommend this villa and will likely book for next year with my in laws as we enjoyed so much and loved Javea. No criticism just a recommendation to the owners, as I have my own travel agency in the U.K and book villa for clients to consiser , not to charge extras e.g. Cots, highchairs, wifi and including these in the villa price if necessary. Thank you for a brilliant holiday one to remember.

“Nice villa”

This is a very large villa and suited our needs perfectly, 13 adults and 6 children. It is in an ideal location for the port and the arenal beach, both walkable.

We did feel that some of the villa was tired and needed a little updating. Also whilst appreciating that glasses should not be used in the pool area, there weren't enough for all of us to have a drink in the evening so we bought some more.

We also felt that the daily walk round in the morning was a check on all of us to make sure that we were not doing anything wrong. We were soon told if we'd left things in the pool, left our rubbish out or not tidied cushions away as we were supposed to do. When renting somewhere you don't expect a daily check and found this quite intrusive by the end of the week.

Javea is a lovely resort to visit with some fabulous bars and restaurants. Beautiful beach and port. Definitely worth a visit.

Would consider staying at palm view again.

dear Lesley
I feel I should mention about our daily concierge service as it does inform you about this before you book and again in your welcome to our villa sheet. Adrian is not there to check on you personally, at 7.30am, and I'm sorry if he made you feel that way, but to ensure that the facilities are working correctly for you. Making sure the PH level is correct in the swimming pool and not to much chlorine has been put in so that no little ones end up with green hair.

The only comment he made to me was that he had to take out all the children's toys which was blocking the hopper which stops the pool machine working properly. If he had not checked this you would have had a very murky pool for you and future guests to receive on there arrival. Also sometimes the wind can blow out the boilers which would blow out the hot water, so it is a precaution he takes to ensure everything is working for your enjoyment

I would like to think that because of these check ups (just like hotels do) , is the reason we manage to keep the villa up to standard. I don't know quite what happened with the main door lock that was broken by one of your group, when you were there? I still cant get one to be delivered until next week, which has caused us, slight distress . We in actual fact thought you were a lovely group and were surprised that you didn't make this comment to us in the first place, where we could have come to a compromise.

“Big property, close to the sea.”
Reviewed 18 May 2017 for a stay in May 2017

This is a huge property yet each apartment is nicely self contained which offers an ideal amount of privacy. The pool area is beautiful well equipped and safely situated. The beach area is about 15 minutes walk away and a pleasant stroll. The kitchens have ample crockery and cutlery. The building was clean and fresh. The furniture bedding and towels could be updated but are okay.
Thanks Adrian & Sharon for a great stay

I think we got caught out with the weather change going cold suddenly and had to revert to last year bed linen, with duvets but I agree its ready to be updated as we do every year. Towels were mostly new, but I will look into why you felt they needed updating. Thank you for your input and I shall look into those comments. I'm glad you had a good stay though.
