This place looks like a casual coffee shop & bakery. You order your food at a counter. The star though is the HOMEMADE bread!! Although the Nashoba Brook Bakery offers special breads on different days, their regular breads, made daily, include: Whole Wheat, 7 Grain, Ficelle, Sourdough, French, Baquette, Rye, Foccacia, Pugliese, Ciabatta, & Brioche. Their website states, "Large interior glass windows look in on roughly 4,000 square feet of artisan bread kitchens and our two massive 32,000 pound French ovens." The bakery also was a 2010 Yankee Magazine Editors’ Choice for Best Multigrain Bread. In the nicer weather, you may want to sit outside at a picnic table on the banks of the Nashoba Brook. There also is an old wooden footbridge over the Nashoba Brook that you can cross, which kids may enjoy.
