The hotel is in a great location in downtown Atlanta and is beautiful! We were given a very lovely room on the top floor with a large window overlooking the city. The bed was quite comfy and cozy and enjoyed the luxurious robe. But what impressed me the most is the customer service here.
We are really "nobodies", but I think someone told them we are the King and Queen of Franitaly, or Arabiance or some exotic country. From the minute we pulled into the driveway we were treated special. The lady who checked us in happily asked the manager to give us a room on a higher floor when we asked and it was gorgeous! We paid extra for the amenities of the club level and enjoyed premium drinks before dinner. The host was polite, professional and accommodating. We had reservations in the hotels restaurant, but were late for our reservations. They still had our beautifully decorated intimate table waiting for us. The meal was sublime!
The breakfast in the club lounge had everthing we could think of and was expertly prepared and displayed. The host even remembered our names from the night before.
The people over at The Four Seasons in Atlanta need to come over to The Ritz for lessons in customer service and class, because they have it right here! More
