We met up with some old friends for dinner here on a Friday evening. The restaurant is in a relatively quiet side street with valet parking. The restaurant is in a stand alone building decorated in a clean modern fashion, but not at the sacrifice of comfort. Noise levels even when full we're not terrible. There is a nice bar area where you can eat food or just have a drink. We were seated promptly and let our waitress know that we were not pushed for time. As a result she paced the meal to make it leisurely and very pleasant.
Starters were very tasty with the Octopus for me being a stand out. Slightly spicy but incredibly tender. The steaks run the gamut of cuts but they have a couple of unusual ones and two of us chose a cut that is a part of the ribeye but very tender and incredibly flavorful. It was the most expensive at $50 and I suspect that you would enjoy the hanger steak at half that price if you wished. Personally I do not like Brussels sprouts but my companions ordered them as a side and pronounced them delicious.
We tried the creme caramel for desert and it was delicious as well. The advantage of the restaurant is that it serves other food than steak so our vegetarian companion had a very good pasta dish. Good wine selection, great service overall and a great time was had by all.
