My wife and I are pretty much regulars at Serpas eating dinner or Sunday brunch here several times a year. Our most recent visit was March 18, 2018 with friends. After a round of drinks (good Mojito!) we as always started with the flash fried oysters and an order of salmon chips...if it aint broke dont fix it. My wife and the female half of the other couple opted for the nightly special of seared and baked flounder served over risotto and spinich while the guys had the Georgia mountain trout with crab stuffing served over asparagus and greens (kale?). Both options were near perfection. After finishing our glasses of wine we decided to share a couple of orders of rasberry sorbet and bourbon vanilla ice cream for dessert! Nothing complicated of flashy, just really good food, good service, reasonable prices and good ''fellowship'' with friends! Serpas has become a dependable veteran on the Atlanta food scene.
