I spent the better part of the first 6 months of the year traveling to Atlanta for work and staying at the St. Regis starting in January 2018 and ending in late June of the same year.
While the hotel is most often associated with luxury (and is very nice) I was most impressed with the staff. From the gentlemen who ran the valet to the concierge and front desk to the room service butlers to the ladies on turn down service and housekeeping, I was always made to feel welcome and valued.
The staff took time to get to know me and my story and many times helped to brighten my day-like the time that I got a terrible ear infection and had to find a doctor there in Atlanta.
The only thing that I regret is that I did not get to stay over the weekend to more fully enjoy all of the amenities.
I recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta for business or pleasure.More
