We found this by chance when we turned off the A-374 (rather than going into Ronda for lunch). Parking is just off the road outside the restaurant. We chose to sit outside (under cover) to take advantage of the view. We were attended to very quickly and made to feel very welcome. The menu had a good choice of fish, meat, salads etc. and very reasonably priced. The portions were a good size and I was surprised to get vegetables with the main meal (normally its a little bit of lettuce and tomato). When I went inside to pay, I noticed that they do tapas at the bar (very cheap at 0.75c each tapa!). Very friendly establishment.

Ate here recently and the menu del dia was very good. The setting is lovely with the sun streaming down onto the ample terrace. The meal includes a drink so very well priced and good quality. The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

We travelled all over southern Spain and never found anywhere better than Las Banderas. Such a friendly place with great Spanish food and personalized service. Our server wanted us to try all of the local liquor and insisted that it was on the house. We were quite grateful for his incredible hospitality and would come back anytime. Gracias from your Wisconsin friends!

Las Banderas is a family restaurant run by father Pepe and son Antonio. It is informal home cooking, but for what they are aiming at they do it very well. The food is tasty, well prepared, and portions are really generous. Be sure you're hungry! They have a menu in English as well as in Spanish. (If you know a little bit of Spanish as well, it helps.) Pepe and Antonio were really friendly and fun, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted. An informal, very fun, tasty experience.
