Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you felt that the Aquarium was not up to your expectations.
At the Malta National Aquarium, we have 49 tanks in different sizes with over 150 species of fish and different species of insects and reptiles all tanks are serviced with a tablet giving information on each of our tanks. Apart from that, we have staff roaming around the aquarium, ready to answer any of your questions. Normally, a standard visit should take a minimum of 1 hour.
A very enjoyable visit. Easy for me because I just love visiting such places.
A smart looking building and interior ( plus great restaurant area ) ..... but for me it was the quality of the tanks, water and fish. All spotless and clearly happy in their environment.
Happy days.....
Thank you for your review!
There were alot of fish to see and even a special tunnel for kids to see fish. Also the photos were intresting.
Thank you for your review!
A great part of our holiday would highly recommend it to all age ranges. It was great to see some of the fish being fed whilst we were there.
Thank you for your kind review!
OK, it wasn't raining, but we were in the mood for visiting indoor attractions, having just been to the nearby classic car collection. The aquarium is definitely worth a visit, if only for educational purposes, and I was interested to learn all about the marine life on Malta. Staff were a little unfriendly however, hence 4 stars.
Thank you for your review and feedback Sophie. We're sorry that the staff were not friendly, and we will look further into this.
Easy access with a large car park on site (and nearby bus stops for non-drivers), driving there is easy it's just off a main road. Staff are incredibly friendly from the moment you walk in. The aquarium is small in comparison to some but very well stocked. The layout is well planned, you flow through the entire place without accidentally missing anything. Infromation for each tank is provided on tablets so nice and discrete without massive information boards stuck up everywhere.
Well worth a visit and if timed right you can use it to hide from the height of the sun. Cafe Del Mar is next door so the visit can be finished with spectacular views and a bite to eat.
Thank you for your kind review Chris. We're glad you enjoyed your visit!
