WOW! What an amazing stay we had! I cannot rate this hotel, it’s beautiful setting or the staff enough. We arrived here on our honeymoon having been in the north of the Island at a supposed 5 star hotel for several days, having had a very disappointing time, we were feeling very fed up on our arrival to this hotel. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with such a warm and friendly welcome that made us feel instantly better. We were very kindly upgraded for a small fee, to an amazing suite with a bottle of prosecco and fresh fruit on arrival to our new room. The lovely lady at the desk gave us a map of the local area, talked through local tours and gave us recommendations, walked us around the hotel grounds and explained the restaurant al carte and menu of the day to us all in such a lovely, polite and un-pushy manner.
The facilities and location of this hotel are perfect. You can easily spend a week here and not even need to step out of the hotel as it is just so faultless!
The food here is incredible!! The menu of the day is extremely reasonably priced and the standard of service, the knowledge and warm nature of all the staff make the whole experience fantastic. All the staff here are just amazing, thank you so much for making our honeymoon so special and memorable! We shall definitely be back to visit!! If you are thinking of booking this hotel, do! You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful stay here in early October.

Location is great and the property itself is just right. Add to that friendly, helpful staff who enjoy looking after their guests - what more could you want (oh, and the weather was perfect!)

Definitely recommended.

My sister and I led a Yoga Retreat at this incredible hotel last week. We were a group of 8 and each one of us were incredibly happy with the experience at this resort. The grounds provided us with a spacious and peaceful environment to lead our classes. The staff, managed by Nicola Paolomba, provided amazing support in every way. You are greeted and treated like family your entire stay. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning and dinner each evening in their outside dining veranda. The food and service was outstanding. The infinity pool is a delight, as is the very convenient location to town. Our group loved it so much that we are rebooking for next year. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is close to the sea but does not have sea views, although it has a beach with an infinity pool at the edge of its very large grounds. There are two other pools next to the hotel and all of the pools contain unheated seawater. There were many loungers around each pool but a few more umbrellas around the pools near the hotel would provide some more shade in the heat of the day.
On arrival we were given an informative explanation of the main areas of the hotel, meal times etc., shown to our room and our luggage was then quickly delivered. The restaurant is located next to the pool with many tables setup outside, weather permitting. The menu of the day offers two choices for the first and main course with a single starter and desert choice. There is also an a la carte menu with a wider choice at additional cost, however if you do not like something, such as the stuffed chili peppers that accompanied one dish, then an alternative was provided. The wine list was extensive and contained some excellent local wines that are worth exploring.
Breakfast is a buffet with a range of hot and cold dishes, pastries, cereals and fruit. There was sometimes a queue for drinks from the coffee machine (perhaps the hotel could invest in a second one), however coffee could also be ordered from the bar. Light meals could be purchased from the bar between 13.00h and 14.30h.
The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. There was an interesting variety of guests from a range of countries.

Room Tip: We stayed in a suite in the main hotel area which overlooked the pools

Hotel Costa dei Fiori is a nice hotel. But it's nothing very special.
The room is a nice size and may have been updated, and although big, it seems like the original closets and bathroom. The shower was kinda grungy and leaked horribly all over the bathroom floor. The room had zero personality.
For a hotel that presents itself as a four star - the breakfast was extremely disappointing. Bland & boring.
We ate one dinner at the restaurant. Luckily had a table by the pool because the actual restaurant has absolutely no character. The meal started with bread that was very stale and not edible. The food did get better but had much better meals outside of the hotel.
The bar area actually had nicer food than the restaurant.
Do not like the policy of signing for drinks when there is no total cost. We had one round of drinks that was overcharged, but because it was signed, at check out, I just received an arrogant response. Whatever, it was just a few euros, but when I arrogance as a response, that is unacceptable.
The landscaping could be very beautiful. They do not trim the grass for a foot around any object. It gives the property a cheap appearance.
The best part of the hotel... the infinity pool. There are signs saying it is staffed certain hours, but we never saw anyone. It didn't matter, the pool is great and the area is very relaxing.
