Would have been a 5 star breakfast if not for the service! We were a group of 9 snd all skeptical about the menu when we first saw it. We were also a little concerned about the size of the dishes, but let me tell tell you, everything was outstanding, very original and satisfying as could be! Go there, try it, it's a very cool place and take it from me, everyone will enjoy the food!

Came here for brunch and was not disappointed! The food was a little pricey, but it was so good that it was worth it. Will be back!

We tried Alden & Harlow for lunch and I must admit I was a bit disappointed. The menu is very limited (no clam chowder in Boston?) and the sever was very inattentive. This place may be more of a bar. If you are looking for a meal And you are in the area I think the Hourly Oyster is a much better choice.

We dined at Alden and Harlow for an early dinner so we could have the burger. They are known for their burgers, and they sell out by 7:00 PM. If you want to order the burger, get there early. We thought the burger was good, but it wasn’t the best we have had. We also had the NY Strip and an assortment of tapas. This is a good place to share a number of dishes. Some are a little quirky, but they are good. We liked the Fig and Melon Panzanella and the Blue Gold Patatas, but the Corn Pancakes were especially good.

Ask for the table with the view of the kitchen if it is available. It is fund to watch them prepping the food.

We waited 45 minutes before someone took our drink order, and much longer before our food came out. It was a Friday night though, and the food was good. So, we'll be giving this place another chance to give it a fair shake.

Also, the only dish that our table did not enjoy was the pork belly; it was very fatty, chewy and the crust was too hard.
