Very good quality chocolates, hot chocolate, and cakes. Their best branch is the Brattle Street one in Cambridge.

Yes, the hot chocolate here is extraordinary. But if that is all you try, you have done yourself a great disservice. From apricot to lime zest, Earl Gray to Caribbean spices, chocolate has rarely been celebrated in this truly international fashion with such consummate skill and loving care. There is something here for every seeker. The dark chocolate and cherry liqueur in the Richelieu, followed by the sensational cloud of gianduja, dark chocolate, butter, cocoa butter, cognac and saffron that is the Pave Glace, transported me to the special heaven known only to those who seek to realize the full potential of the fruit of the cacao tree.

Visited this small Cafe which serves the best hot chocolate in Cambridge, MA. It was crowded with tourists with hardly any place to sit. But by evening 6ish, the crowd got reduced. Spent roughly 2 hours in the cafe. There are so many varieties of Hot Chocolate which are served in Burdick. I chose to go with their signature hot chocolate drink which was definitely worth it. It was slightly overpriced - Almost 5.5 dollars (incl tax) for a small hot chocolate. The ambience of the cafe was also really unique and worth a mention.

This small shop offers the best hot chocolate around, in several beguiling variations. Also delectable cakes and small goodies, as well as coffees, teas. Only wish it had more seating...
