A spacious historical building/apartment with loads of character in a lively town. Our 90 day stay here was very comfortable as the apartment is very well equipped. The apartment is as represented in the photos and description. Marina was easy to work with, very helpful and a pleasure to meet.

We really enjoyed the use of the balcony which gave a great perspective of day to day Italian life going on below you. The air conditioner in the bedroom was fine for the size of the bedroom. The restaurants below the apartment can be noisy at times but the windows and doors are of very good quality and thus it is easy to block out noise. Rome is very easy and cheap 5 Euro round trip) to travel to/from via the train. Free parking near the apartment is also easy to obtain as we stayed 90 days and I never paid for parking.

Highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

“Our Italian Home..... well for a short while”

This really was our home from home. Having searched a number of properties within a train ride of Rome I am so please I came across this one.

This was our first family holiday with our 1 year old daughter and the apartment had everything we needed. Marina was there when we arrived to greet us and walk us through the apartment. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us and we could quite easily have had another family of 4 staying with us. It really did feel like our home for the time we were there, we were extremely comfortable and relaxed, which I think proves just how fab the property is.

The location is idyllic, situated just of the main square of the castle everything is within walking distance. The lake is a good 20 minutes walk down hill, the route back up is hard work but worth it. We caught a local taxi into Trevignano Romano for 40 euro return, The train station is approx. 5 minutes walk and we caught the train to Anguillara then walked the 50 minutes to Anguillara Sabazia, again, definitely worth it. Rome was a 1hr 10 minute train ride which was great too and really easy. We got off at Rome Ostiense and walked 20 minutes up to the Colosseum. If you are brave enough to drive in Italy the world is your oyster from here.

All the best restaurants we ate at in Bracciano were on the square right next to the apartment, and the Gelato a steady few minutes, walk just to make a little extra room.

Thank you Marina, your property assisted in making our first family holiday a memorable one (for all the right reasons) and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit this area of Italy.

“Spacious apartment in great location”

A family of four with two teenage boys, we stayed for two wonderful, relaxing weeks in Historic house of 1500. The beautiful apartment is spacious, fully equipped with everything we needed and well maintained with a great view of the lake from the balcony. The owner Marina was ready to greet us on arrival, she is very friendly, welcoming, helpful and quick to respond to our questions.

Bracciano is a lovely, friendly Italian town, the castle and good restaurants are literally on the door step. There are beautiful lakes nearby to enjoy and we appreciated our hire car to access these particularly the more remote & quieter lakes. Rome is accessible, in 1 hour, on the regular train. We took the underground directly to the Colosseum.

“Lovely property”

The apartment is lovely and spacious. Located in the old part of town it's ideally located for the best parts of town, close to the castle and near all the best resturants.

Marina was a lovely host, meeting us at the door she showed us round ensuring we knew where everything was and letting us know what local events were on that weekend. We were there over the Easter period and there was a fantastic street display of the passion of the Christ.

The flat has everything you need to enjoy your trip and the train station is 5 minutes walk away. Trains leave every 30 minutes and Roma St Pietro is only an hour away. Three bathrooms and bedrooms ensure there's plenty of room and the kitchen dining room is a lovely room.

All in all I can't recommend this rental enough, we had a lovely stay.
