My husband and I recently went here for our anniversary dinner. Instead of big entrees we decided to order several small plates to share - crab cakes, sea bass sliders, lobster Mac & cheese and one of the flatbreads. We loved trying a little bit of everything. The portions aren't huge, but 4 small plates were plenty for two.
My favorite was the sea bass sliders, which was a special for the night. The waitress was great and gave us a complimentary plate of pita and hummus. Her best recommendation was drizzling their balsamic reduction sauce on the flatbread. Oh my gosh, it was amazing and took the flatbread to a whole new level. They should just offer this with all their flatbreads.
We also had the lobster bisque, which was another fav of mine. The only item I wouldn't order again was the crab cakes. Crab cakes are actually my favorite thing to eat, but I just didn't find anything special about Indigo's.
Overall, I highly recommend for a special occasion.

Indigo is our go to place for date night. The service is always outstanding and the atmosphere is casual. The food has always been amazing!

We had a delightful meal -- refreshing seaweed salad, delicious calamari, shrimp added to the vegetarian large plate, and the excellent crab leg special. The wine list is interesting and reasonably priced, and we ordered a bottle of Mulderbosch South African chenin blanc, which was good with our food. We hadn't planned to have dessert, but the desserts were really interesting. We shared a little buttermilk tart with blueberry compote and a tiny scoop of blueberry sorbet. The host was friendly, and the server did a fine job. We would definitely return if we find ourselves in Springfield again.

The yellowfin tuna was exceptional and properly priced at $22. Scallops were well prepared, but way overpriced at $35. The dates wrapped in bacon were quite tasty, and the addition of bleu cheese put them in a whole new category of flavorful. The shrimp shooters were a huge disappointment. Skimpy shrimp portions (actually shrimp pieces) on top of what seemed like shrimp sauce from a jar (just a step above catsup). Completely out of place from the rest of the meal and, at $12, outrageous. The ambiance was just as funky as other reviewers describe, however, it could use something to break up the rectangular basement-like space. Inelegant but enthusiastic service disqualifies this place for a romantic dinner. For the price, I believe they can deliver a more consistent meal and experience.

We were looking for a very good place to eat and found out here.
Two of us had crab, one had a filet and one had the sea bass. They were all excellent. The waitress was very helpful and made sure our water glass was never half full.
The location was close to our hotel (Hampton) but desperately needs a better sign as our could very easily be missed.
I would highly recommend this place!
