Best restaurant in Springfield, IL. The combinations of tastes and textures in each of the five mini-courses were a delight to the palate. The presentation of each dish was beautiful. There are usually at least 3 choices for each course. Be sure to try both the carrots and the Brussels sprouts. We both preferred the salmon over the duck for the entree. We enjoyed the music—old hits to reminisce by. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary.
