I was there on training. Should have stayed 2 weeks and left after 3 days. The room was a outhouse. Paint falling from bath, drywall tape coming down from ceiling, carpet that looked like mud, cabinate doors falling off, light fixtures falling off, metal door missing a whole corner, cobweb covered bedroom ceiling and all sprinkler heads, user management has no customer service or even cares, my trainer called and emailed a few times and no reply. She has now canceling all rooms for the rest of the year. If u get a renovated room you are lucky if not see what you get

Would not stay there again. Bad customer service at check in. Check in woman was condesending and rude. Really should not be in a customer service capacity job. She was clueless that she had no skills. Nasty shower. Not given room we reserved. Weird setup in room. Who ever designed it, never stayed there. 3/4 size fridge though, that was nice. Lame breakfast - shouldn't even advertise they provide free continental breakfast. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Next time through Omaha we'll be finding alternate accomodations.

Room Tip: If you have a handicap, find another place. Confusing to get around. Stairs for all levels.

The hotel is just North of I80 on the 72nd street exit. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor near the rear entrance door. Exterior doors are unlocked with a plastic room key, the breakfast is served in the check-in lobby area and included several breads, yogurt, cereal, waffles, fruit, juice and coffee. The room had a separate sitting area with small sofa, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and table. Heat is adjusted by a wall thermostat and was very efficient. There were two televisions, one in the sitting area and another in the bedroom. Blackout curtains made the rooms very dark. The bathroom was separated from the sink area and was ordinary. There was an iron and board in the closet. They do accept pets with a $10 fee. They gave notice on check-in that there was to be no noise after 10pm. It was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We reserved here because it was reasonably priced and a suite. As we walked up to our suite, my son's foot (6 years old & 45 lbs) went through the metal stair. Inside the suite, the carpet was heavily stained, the couch and chairs were also stained. The beds appeared clean but had obvious body dents in the mattresses. I opened the refrigerator and the door handle fell off in my hand. The air conditioner wasn't working. The thermostat was set at 70 degrees but the actual temp in the suite was 82. We contacted the front desk and were informed that there weren't any other units available. She would contact maintenance for us but it would take 2-3 hours for them to arrive. We informed her that we were going to attempt to find other lodging accommodations. The staff were courteous, helpful, and professional during all of our interactions. That is the only positive for this establishement.

Spent a night for a UNMC visit. Clean, comfortable, and priced right for a suite if rooms. Friendly staff. Kinda sparce breakfast, but a nice area to eat. It's not the highest quality lodging, but seriously, for the price, it was fine.
