The property combined authentic french architecture with a modern contemporary feel. All facilities were of a very high standard and it was nice to have UK satellite viewing for the nights when we just wanted to curl up on the leather sofa with a bottle of local wine after a unhurried lazy meal at one of the many fine restaurants. The sun terrace got the rays all day and was perfect for chilling out. The stairs between each floor are steep but were needed to work off the fine dining experiences night after night! The port is a short walk away where there is a vast choice of restaurants and our favorite restaurant was just a couple of minutes walk in the centre of the village. The beach is a short drive away but it was always nice to come home to our non commercialised retreat. Thank you Stephane for all your help and we would reccomend this property without hesitation.

This was our third time staying in the Languedoc region and the second time in Marseillan.
The house was perfectly set up for us with two kids (4 & 2).
The large garage & garden we perfect for playing and the bedrooms very spacious.
The open plan kitchen & lounge area had everything you could want.
The location of the house in the centre of the village was ideal for heading the nearest boulangerie for baguettes & pasteries, and also for strolling to the port to the restaurants & cafes.
Overall, it is an ideal house & location to explore the Languedoc region.
