Spent 5 days in downtown Seattle at Harbor Steps. The location was perfect. Easy walk to pikes market, restaurants, the pier, and stadiums. The apartment was stocked with just enough of what you needed for a great stay. Easy instructions and check in process. The only slightly confusing part was the parking garage - it's kind of a strange setup. Once familiar it was fine. I would recommend just asking the parking attendant at the beginning for help. All in all it was one of our best metro rentals we've ever done and we've been doing vrbo for years. StayAlfred will now be our first choice.

The location of Harbor Steps is ideal for exploring Seattle. We took the light rail from Sea-Tac airport and had a short 2 block walk to the apartment. Check-in and check-out was very efficient. We did utilize the optional parking pass and parking spots were convenient, though quite tight. We only used the car to travel to Tacoma for a glassblowing class, otherwise we walked everywhere. The apartment was nice, but we were disappointed to discover that the pools, spas, saunas and grills were not convenient for us to use as they were located in different towers of the complex. Also, we had numerous lightbulbs burned out in the apartment. I do believe that Stay Alfred would have responded well to a request to replace them, but when you are on vacation with a 16 month old, you do not want the interruption. This should be checked before each rental. The information book in the apartment was very helpful with locations of grocery stores and some suggestions for restaurants, bakeries, etc. I would definitely recommend Harbor Steps Apartments to someone wanting to explore much of Seattle without a car.

I booked this place for a 2 night concert in Seattle. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. We had 6 people total that fit just fine. Everybody's favorite features were the hot tub and the location. The only negative comment that I have is the building was difficult to navigate, they don't give you a very clear map. Also listed on the amenities is an arcade, its actually just a tiny room with one classic arcade system with multiple games on it. All in all though it was a great place to stay.

We stayed at the Harbor Steps vacation rental in Seattle. The location of the property was great. Pikes Place market was about a 5 minute walk away, and it was not much further to the aquarium. about another 3 blocks and you are at the monorail to go down to City Center and the Space needle. The room itself was great, and we also had access to common space that included a deck, BBQ grills, and a pool table. I would definitely stay here again.
