“Awesome place, awesome view”
Reviewed 4 May 2015 for a stay in April 2015

The space was perfect for my group. Wonderful kitchen, and a totally underrated view and location. Roof-top deck had views of Rainier and the Cascades, and amazing restaurants Roux & Paseos located just down the street. Also a funky coffee/wine bar with the smoothest espresso I've ever had.

Definitely a fun space and I'd be down to stay again!

“Great location, gourmet kitchen, bedding SO good!”

We spent our annual Christmas Vacation in this modern facility - four levels of living and entertaining! The kitchen and bedding was outstanding. We loved how close the home was to Freemont restaurants, coffee, and marketplace. We stayed for 12 days and usually cooked breakfast or supper, and then did most of the tourist places around town and into the mountains. The local market was small but had plenty of options for our Midwest appetite :) ! We love coffee, and the house had a big pot to brew, a small espresso special pot, and a coffee grinder so we could have fresh ground each morning. The house was furnished with modern decor and art -- fun pieces. Wifi, Netflix package, and antenna for local worked out great for us. The bedding was the best! Down comforters and high end sheets on very comfortable mattresses welcomed us at night. Two private decks to view the skyline worked out perfect for New Years eve -- seeing the fireworks show on the Space Needle was cool! I appreciated Seth -- who allowed us to get into the unit earlier than planned. Our flight arrived at 11:00 ish and after breakfast we were ready to take a nap -- he helped make that happen. The only drawback to this property was the parking -- typical Seattle, but this unit has private parking. The unit in front of us always had their car out front and not in their garage, so it was very very tight sliding by their car into our designated space. Just a little nerve wracking, but we managed. It was easy to walk over to Freemont Ave and grab meals/groceries -- and easy to navigate from our home on Linden to Aurora Ave which connects to downtown in minutes. We never took a bus anywhere, but could have easily. We are a family of four -- our two grown children aren't married. They thought this was our best Christmas vacation to date -- thanks to Seth and this property and Seattle.
