To expound on my last stay- I wrote that review before leaving the hotel. Huge mistake there.
The response given by the manager was very misleading. The offer to allow me to rebook was not made until after they had told the 3rd party booking app that they refused to and that I was lying about the parking issue which prompted the request , so the 3rd party app wouldn’t allow it even after the Westin “authorized” it. So it was a moot point.
After reporting the broken hardware in the first and 2nd rooms, and writing the previous review/, the manager Asim, came to my room and all but threatened to kick me out if I continued to write reviews. He used very nice phrases like “we want you to be happy” but when I asked if I was being kicked out he said “not yet”.
Absolutely disgusting treatment, over their own short comings and broken rooms. (Phones, door locks, tv). Absolutely do not recommend. Avoid if possible.More
