Having had previous very pleasant experiences renting an apartment at Pierre & Vacances we decided to stay here for one week in May of this year.
Again, we were not disappointed, on telephonic booking because of a bum knee we we allotted an apartment with sea view from our balcony, directly accessed by elevator, no need to climb stairs (luggage!). The clean and roomy apartment for 6 had one twin bedded "master" bedroom, one smaller bedroom with a bunkbed, the livingroom had two foldaway sofa-beds. There was an open kitchen with everything you would need, all electric, no gas, a fridge, a microwave oven, a water cooker, there was both a shower and a separate bathroom, and a separate toilet. One TV in the livingroom, another in the master bedroom.
Paid parking was at the opposite site of the road.
The free offered Wifi we knew from previous stays would be uselessly swamped when the other guests started arriving and started using it, so we opted for a paid fast internet connection instead, very much worth our while, for € 25,- a week.
The beach is just a short walk down the stairs, just be gone when high tide starts coming in.
At least three very large supermarkets e.g. E. Leclerc on the route to Quimper nearby to get your supplies, locally fished fresh seafood very affordable, many affordable place to eat nearby too.
Culturally speaking the whole of Brittany is a treasure trove, nearby you find the most beautiful Parish Closes (parish churchyards), their patrimonial heritage dating back to the 14th-15th century, interesting to visit for non believers too.
We've booked another week this coming September./
