I'm visiting a friend in Kennesaw, and he's been anxious to try Capers. The restaurant has a very interesting Tuscan-flavored decor, and boasted quite a pleasant environment, including a live pianist. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. I ordered the sauteed mushroom caps stuffed with crabmeat as an appetizer; my friend order crab claws with cheese toast. Both were absolutely first-rate. My entree, a barbecue salmon filet with cream corn and au gratin potatoes, was quite tasty and served very promptly. My friend ordered one of the specials, a steak with bleu cheese sauce that was done to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant if you find yourself northwest of Atlanta in Marietta or Kennesaw.
