Arrived on a Friday night after a long day of flying. Staff was polite and checked us in promptly.
There are very limited parking options, and the back lot is shared with an apartment complex, so you have to read the markings on the parking spaces carefully to avoid getting towed.
The room was incredibly hot and humid when we got in, and we had to set the air all the way down just to get it comfortable enough to sleep.
If you happen to be in Kona for business, one positive in the room was a long desk for spreading out and multitasking.
Breakfast was slightly below average. Before 8 a.m. seating was already limited except for some wet seats by the pool. The egg white and veggie omelets were out and they weren't replenished during my family's time in the dining area.
Generally speaking, there was nothing dramatically wrong with the stay. And nothing that far exceeded expectations. It was clean, and met our needs for a one night stay after landing on the Kona side of the island.More
