I stayed here and what a mistake! My son ended up slipping inside the tub as it had no non skid floring inside the bath tub and no bath matt. I called the front desk to complain and they stated that management is not there on he weekends and I left a voice message for mangement to call me back which they never did.
Then my youngest son got ring worm and I think it was because they did not clean the sheets or towels properly.
In addition, when my boys went swimming there were no towels out and I went to the front desk and requested towels and the lady stated that they would get towels out to us well 20 minutes later still no towels I had went back inside and stated to the front desk staff still no towels and the she asked someone if she could even give me towels. I was in disbelief because I'm a guest here!
Furthermore, when I complained to the general manager he wasn't apologetic and stated that there is nothing he could do for me! This was the worst experience I ever had in a hotel and management appeared very cold and I felt like he could careless about what happened to my family. In addition, I requested to speak to the owner and he refused to give out that information and also gave me the wrong number to customer care for Marriott.
I don't recommend anyone staying here with that type of horrible customer service, slippery tubs and in my opinion unclean sheets/towels
