What a pleasant surprise that this 3 star hotel has such large rooms, sparkling clean bathrooms with bidet, an iron and board in the closet, a bathtub, magnifying mirror and showercap which some 4 stars don't bother to provide. Such lovely decor, plenty of space to hang and store clothes, friendly and helpful staff.
Kettle provided but cups were tiny, like a toy set and you had to pay a nominal sum for the sachets of coffee.
Breakfast was a bit of a letdown with a Nescafe machine that delivered poor coffee but the sausage and meats were tasty and there was water-melon.
Wifi was intermittent but the large TV had BBC news and Game of Thrones on in English!
Had lunch there, the roast meats with carrot and mushrooms on a hotplate were good and the pitta bread excellent. Service was slow because of the large tour group that came, but the nice young waiter tried his best though he couldn't understand that we asked about the set lunch which would have been faster, and said there wasn't a special menu.
All in all, value for money though we didn't know exactly how much per room as our travel agent booked it for us but wished we had had two nights here instead of only one.

Comfortable spacious rooms with very good amenities and a very comfortable bed. The hotel is situated just off the main road near the centre of Kazanlak and Seuthopolis Square is just a couple of minutes walk. Continuing on through Seuthopolis Square takes you to Iskra Town History Museum and the magnificent Thracian Tomb exhibits.

Centrally located hotel - easy to find. Modern building. Large rooms. Pleasant staff. Large bed. Recommended. Good base to visit the town and the surrounding area. Within ready walking distance of the train station, tomb (don't bother), rose museum and other museums.

I didn't expect much from a 3 star hotel in such small town but I was pleasant surprised by the elegance of this hotel. Rooms were comfortable with big bed, clean and furnished with style.
Food was more than delicious. All products were fresh and well cooked.

This old well kept hotel with its mangificient marble entrance lobby floors and marble railings in the stairwell harks back to a period when hotels were built with style. Staff members are friendly and have an excellent command of English.

We ate well in the dining room but breakfast offerings were below par based on what we noticed in other hotels in Bulgaria.

There is an ATM right next to the hotel and you can get cash quite easily...

Room Tip: Try to get a suite if staying for a few days... many room have outdoor Access (small terraces)
