Our second trip to Snowbombing but our first visit to Manni. The hotel is in a perfect location for all the music venues/bars and was perfectly placed for getting to/from the mountains.
Rooms were tidy, had everything we needed, and there was always staff about.
Rooftop pool/spa was amazing - perfect for curing the hangover.
Wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Mayrhofen.

I stayed at the Manni Sport Hotel during February 2012 with my girlfriend for a one week holiday. The holiday was first class, and is the most luxurious hotel I have stayed in whilst on a ski holiday. The rooms are a great size, with a large TV and sofa for relaxing, a lovely balcony for looking a the views, and the bathroom and everything in general is very clean. My only complaint would be no tea making facilities, as all British people need a cup of tea, I asked the reception for a kettle which I got but no tea bags or milk supplied, although there is a Spar supermarket 150m away. The room was a little warm at nights, but fine with the window cracked open.

Breakfast and dinner times were flexible and the 4 course dinner was more than enough in quantity. Most dinners were of a high quality, but some of the mains could do with a little improvement, but more than enough to fill you up with the other 3 courses. The staff both at reception and in the restaurant were very helpful and always at hand.

My favourite part of the hotel was the spa which is free to all hotel guests, the sauna, etc were very good but the main centre piece is the pool. This is outdoors, and if you make it down before its dark you can see people skiing the final run on some of the pistes. There is also an outside jacuzzi, and after a long day on the slopes this was very relaxing and relieved those aching muscles.

I was on a package tour with Inghams so the ski hire was included and they use the ski hire located in the basement of the hotel, very convenient. There is ski storage on site, yet again free of charge with boot warmers. The Penkenbahn lift is maybe 200m away which is a short walk on flat ground. The Ahornbahn is also walkable but slightly further maybe 500m+ but if you don't want to walk the ski buses are included for anyone wearing ski gear and run frequently. The hotel is in a good position in the centre of town on the main high street and is one hour drive from Innsbruck Airport.

In summary I would definatley stay here again, the location, standard of the hotel, the food and the facilites is all great. In fact I think I will visit again next year!!!

This was our second time in Mayrhofen having stayed at the Zillertalerhof 3 years previously. Mannis is a very comfortable hotel with fantastic food and very friendly and efficient staff, located right at the centre of the town. Freshly squeezed orange, apple and carrot juice are just examples of the high quality on offer at breakfast. The 5 course dinners never failed to delight either.
We had a front room and managed to sleep perfectly - tip, open your door/window to pre-cool your room for a couple of hours before sleeping, you can then close the window and noise is not a problem - not that's it was that bad anyway!.
Each evening we sat in the sumptuous lounge sofas listening to the live music (2 nights) whilst reading and chatting to friends - perfect.
Every afternoon we visited the roof top pool, jacuzzi and spa to chill out, stretching in the steam room and having a thorough warm through in the vey hot Finnish Sauna - note guys that Austrian Saunas are usually mixed and naturist so don't be surprised or scared to leave your cozzies outside!
Final tip - if you get a fine sunny day take the green line bus to Hintertux from outside the hotel; or take the little train to Kaltenbach where I think there are better and more accessible slopes than Mayrhofen.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Mannis Hotel. The location is central to both the main lift to the Penken and the ski bus [ green line ] conveniently stops outside which takes you to either to Hintertux, Glasier skiing or to the vast ski area of Zell an Ziller. The Hotel itself offers first class standards in every respect. The service and extremely hard working staff were second to none. The food outstanding and the rooms spacious and comfortable. An added bonus and attraction was the roof top heated pool and hot tub. Fantastic to flop into after a tremendous day of skiing.[ and I mean tremendous, the area is vast ] The boot room is spacious and the ski hire just next door. Wonderful.
Yes we had a room at the front of the hotel and did experience being woken up by the late apreski crowd but only on the Saturday night , nothing a couple of ear plugs could not deal with!!!! Ski hard all day and you will sleep like a baby!!!
In short the hotel was excellent. It was central, the service impeccable, professional efficient staff, charming, cosy with a wonderful refined ambience. The website does not do it justice. Would I return? Yes without any hesitation.
