Staying at the Hyatt Centric Hotel was an awesome experience. The hotel is at a perfect location off of Bourbon St. and Canal. At the same time, the front entrance to the hotel is on a private street, which allows for a quieter, quaint experience. The hotel staff is hospitable and responsive to your needs. The hotel itself is beautiful inside, and the food at (and attached) to the hotel is very good! I definitely would stay there again.

Located on bourbon street, the end of where street is blocked off for nightlife, this hotel has a wonderful central location. With in easy walking distance of the sights, sounds, and smells of bourbon street as well as royals street with roughly 11 minutes walking time to Jackson square. The rooms were clean and the service was fantastic.

We had a good visit there. The room was fantastic, care by the staff was unquestionable and they were present without being overbearing. Would absolutely stay there again if for not other reason than accessibility to the greater downtown area of New Orleans.

I recently stayed here on a trip for fun to NOLA; the hotel staff was really accommodating (had to change my room reservation from a king size to two double beds at check in-- no problem!) and the room was comfortable. We were on the second floor, and had an interior room to the courtyard. I loved this since Bourbon St can get quite rowdy; it was nice and quiet inside. I enjoyed the pool as well as a break during the day. The pool drinks are expensive, but what do you expect? Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

Room tip: Interior rooms are quieter; 2nd floor has access to the pool and interior courtyard.
