We chose this restaurant due to its proximity to our hotel. For some reason, the maps available from Open Table put this restaurant on the street behind the restaurant. But, we found it and had a great meal. Our server, Mary, was one of the best servers experienced on this visit to NOLA. Her recommendations were spot-on.

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner and had an absolutely great experience. We started with a cocktail from Ian at the bar while we waited, and they were both fantastic!!!!! We had the pork belly appetizer which was great, not fatty; lots of meat. Their cornbread was delicious, went back for seconds. We both got the Waygu steaks, it was the cut of the night. They were amazing and filling! We could barely eat the fried okra we were so full. The seafood chowder was amazing, some of the best we’ve ever had. Lastly we got the bread pudding desert to go, and again delicious. The service was great and loved our experience. We’d definitely recommend this place.

Superb restaurant with very fresh local dishes.
I actually had the best Gumbo at Restaurant Rebirth.
Plus the Blackened Scallops were simply divine.

For starters you should have Oysters & Angel Hair. Pray they have the seafood chowder it is the best chowder you will ever have. We would go back just to have the chowder. The Double-Cut Tomahawk Pork Chop(sugar cane creole glaze) is huge and mouth watering. Don't leave New Orleans without trying this gem. The staff is wonderful. Manning, the manager, will make sure you are satisfied.
