In a place like New Orleans, creating a place that feels like home is tough. If it's your first time you relish the idea of being in a location that's quiet, comfortable and welcoming. Tom and Patricia, the innkeepers, do exactly that. Their warm soothing presence made the charm of the inn itself that much more enjoyable. Tom even accommodated my request to surprise my traveling companion with a room switch that was executed flawlessly. This is why you always take a B&B over a hotel: you deal with real people that care and make the stay real.

We stayed her with 5 other couples for a Valentines weekend getaway. The owners Tom and Patricia were very friendly and they made us feel at home. There were 9 rooms at this place and they all are nice and all have different characteristics that make them each unique. Each room has its own bathroom so you have total privacy. All rooms have cable and wi-fi also. We stayed in the Charlotte room and we liked it. It was very bright and airy and had a separate sitting area. It is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. There are several eating spots within walking distance. It is also very close to the trolley system if you want to hop on and take a ride down to the French Quarter. This was our first time staying at a B&B and I was impressed. We plan to go again next year. I highly recommend this place.

I stayed at Maison Perrier the end of October with 4 friends for our annual "Girls Trip."
Everything about this place is beautiful, comfortable and super clean. The location to the streetcar is really convenient. Patricia and Tom are very friendly and informative innkeepers. Since there were 5 of us we ate at the "big" table and really enjoyed chatting with Patricia while she made a delicious breakfast for us. This place is a winner!
Thanks Tom and Patricia. Lynda Murphy

Everything about this place is pure class and quality, from the spacious, luxurious and comfortable guest rooms and common areas to the genuine charm of the innkeepers, Tom and Patricia, who are very knowlegable about activities and restaurants in the area and full of great advice for the curious traveler. Featuring delicious breakfast and even a wine and cheese hour on weekends, the Maison Perrier is right off the St. Charles Streetcar and close to the action on Magazine street. The location is Ideal for relaxation and exploring the lovely garden district with it's nice restaurant and bars and plentiful parking. Southern hospitality at its best! We will never forget this special place. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

We spent several nights at Maison Perrier and had an outstanding experience. Great breakfast and friendly people. Location is on a quiet street with great access to the St Charles streetcar and several nice restaurants drinking establishments within walking distance. We were visiting a close friend and now this is his "go to" recommendation for other friends visiting New Orleans.

Room Tip: All rooms have access to the porches on ground level and the 2nd floor.
