We ate here tonight and shared the grilled oysters and the Funky Fontana, which is described as fried oyster, cochon de lait, & bacon smothered in creamy provel, shrimp & spinach sauce. I did not know that cochon de lait is essentially pulled pork, my bad... (we had BBQ for lunch) The grilled oysters were gigantic and dripping in butter, with poor quality parmesan. The sandwich was dry and I didn't detect any shrimp spinach sauce. There were a few oysters, but felt that the pork overwhelmed everything else. We ordered some craft cocktails to begin our meal, which were okay, but not stand out by any means. What made our dinner halfway decent was the service. We ate at the bar, and Elizabeth, our bartender was very good. With so many exceptional choices in New Orleans, I would not bother to come here again.
