Sat at table for more than 15 mins before order taken for drinks which then took another 10-15 mins to arrive. Our waiter was less than useless and only visited our table 4 times during the course of our meal. He couldn't remember what beers they served and refused to go and check. Our main courses finally arrived and both my husband had the snapper. It arrived just warm and was certainly not worth the $25 price tag. My elder son opted for the chicken Caesar salad which arrived with pigeon portions of chicken. The waiter said he would get him a fork to eat it with but didn't arrive back to the table until 10-15 mins after we had finished eating. We complained about the lack of chicken on the salad and immediately he said he would send a manager over. The manager took 10 mins to arrive at which point we were nearly ready to leave the place. The manager finally showed up apologised and took 50% of the food bill off the bill and said he would arrange more training for the waiter.
Would NOT recommend. Food too expensive and rubbish service.

We went for lunch and had a few appetizers and a drink-- everything was excellent.
We ordered the following appetizers: crab/artichoke & spinach dip, crap cake and stuffed shrimp- ALL DELICIOUS!!! then we ordered the broiled seafood platter and shared everything-best dirty rice I've tasted in a LONG time!!!

It was our first night in New Orleans, and we were determined to sample the city's famous dishes. Luckily, we chose Landry's. We had a feast, beginning with plump raw oysters, fried pickles, crawfish étouffée, bananas Foster, creme brûlée and coffee with Fra Angelico. It wasn't inexpensive, but considering all the food that we ordered, well worth the money. Our waitress was a treasure, helpful and catering to our every need. When you visit New Orleans, have at least one meal at Landry's. You won't regret it!

This is a good place to visit if you are looking for outdoor seating on the lake. Entrée prices are a bit high for the quality of food although I haven't been disappointed here.

A great location on Lake Pontchartrain, this is the best place to catch happy hour and the sunset. We had a huge and delicious meal of fried oysters, a generous salad, extra veggies. It was easy access and while there is no family rest room (which we prefer), the lovely hostess guarded the door while we tried out the ladies room... (when you travel with a wheelchair or scooter, everything becomes invested in where the wc is and how to use it!) Nice to have an elevator to get us up to the big windows and the deck. The music was a little loud for our tender old ears, but the energy was good and we enjoyed our visit. Nice sunset, too.
