There are some really wonderful sculptures in a beautiful garden setting. Because of the way there path winds between the trees, over bridges and around a small lake, it never feels overcrowded. Combine this visit with a trip to the Morning Call cafe and you will definitely have a great time. It's within walking distance from the City Park street car stop and a much more interesting place to visit than the neighboring botanical gardens, not to mention that it's free!

Great family destination and tourist stop in the best sense. A greatest hits display of outdoor sculpture - from Rodin to Anish Kapoor - if it's a famous 20th Century sculptor they are likely to have something lurking here. Great for the kids and adjacent to a fantastic city park for bike riding and general strolling. Easily worth a return visit - every city should have one of these.

This is a world-class venue, and it is free to the public. Set in a beautifully landscaped garden, next to the Art Museum,

The sculptures are beautiful and well presented. The pathways bridges and water features add to the experience. You could walk through briskly in 15 minutes, but plan on spending at least half an hour.

Even if you don’t enjoy art this is worth a visit. Truly a beautiful setting. Lovely and eclectic sculptures positioned among large oak trees dripping with grey moss. The streetcar takes you right to the park and is a fun experience itself.

I stopped here on the way to my hotel and it is definitely something to see. There was plenty of free parking along the roadways. The sculptures are nicely spread out through the park. I'm glad I stopped here, there are plenty of interesting sculptures to suit all tastes. Lots of nice photos and very peaceful to walk around. I'd recommend this if you are in the New Orleans area. It's definitely a beautiful park to walk around with lots of benches to sit and enjoy the area. My husband hates all this artsy stuff and he enjoyed it, if that means anything! lol
