When staying at the Royal Sonesta one goes down here for daily newspapers and coffees - oh, so good and reasonable - a busy place every am and throughout the day!

Quick service lots of seating. Decent coffee and cake. Ideally located when walking down bourbon street and want a break.

When visiting cities, I make it a point to drink 'local' coffee, as opposed to the Starbucks version. PJ's coffee earns two thumbs up. I brought two pounds of beans home with me. But I advise avoiding the food. $8 for a fruit cup, and $8 for a fruit/yogurt cup is way too expensive.

Didn't like this place at all. Not much to choose from and horrible coffee. The free coffee in the room was way better. Thumbs Down.
