I loved this rental apartment it was spacious and luxurious. It was a one br apartment with walk in shower full updated kitchen wash room inside with full size washer and dryer. The apartment was equipped with all amenities from iron to ironing board to dished snacks and coffee. And the updated décor made this rental even more of a deal for the price. The apartments home had a balcony and I loved the pass code needed for entry into the lobby and also to access keys for entry into the unit. I would definitely stay here again parking was reasonable at o' Keefe parking garage for $20 a day with re-entry if needed. The apartment was also walking distance from all attractions. If walking isn't your thing united cab took us to palace cafe for $6 which isn't bad at all! Book here you will be pleasantly surprised!:)
Location is great, just steps from Bourbon St. The apartment is brand new and amenities are stunning. All you need is there.
the apartment is great and the location is excellent, close to French district, but not in the turmoil. However, I was on a 2nd floor apartment giving on Carondelet street, which is very noisy because of the tram which works at night, and I couldn't switch. I guess that other apartments don't have this problem...
Overall Factor's Row was a very nice stay, there were only a few minor issues.
They had emailed us the access code to the wrong apartment and we walked into someone else's place. Luckily they renters weren't there! I called the StayAlfred number and they sorted it out.
My husband and I slept on the pullout and our kids had the bedroom. There were three huge/tall windows and two had shutters but one did not so it never got really dark in the apartment at night. There is construction nearby that starts up around 7:30am but New Orleans is not a quiet city so we just sucked it up.
The cleaners had forgotten to clear the kitchen trash before we arrived but that wasn't a big deal.
It was nice having a gym in the building.
Very clean and nicely decorated.
The total price for your stay is a little unclear. There is a per night cost plus a cleaning fee added afterward. Even after the cleaning fee it was great. It's the price of a good hotel room but you get a whole house. Full kitchen /washer and dryer all within a secure building. Everything was very clean and very nice. The room itself was a standout shining point of the whole New Orleans vacation.
