Building lay-out helps reduce road noise to rooms. They were re-modeling rooms during our late October stay and this made parking a bit testy. While old and dated, the room was clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to groceries, gas and a variety of shops.

We stopped overnight to rest before heading towards Alamosa Colorado. Comfortable room and good service. Good place on main street to continue your travels east, or as a base camp for visiting Canyons of the Ancients NM or Mesa Verde NP. The room was budget but clean and quiet.
On Main Street, this place meets your needs for a central place to stay. Clean rooms and nice folks make you feel at home. Quiet and comfortable, you will not regret staying here. The pricing is in line with other Motels in the area.
We just stayed one night here on a road trip, and the day we arrived the whole town had no water! Just our luck. The staff were very kind, and tried to make accommodations wherever possible. The beds were comfortable and road noise was at a minimum due to the layout of the hotel.
This motel has a very strict no smoking policy, to the extent that guests have to sign a contract that they will be fined if they smoke, e-cigarette or vape. They also take a copy of your Driver's License and hold it for 30 days then shred, have nothing to hide but not sure like having a business keep a copy of my ID for a month. This is small, one-story property that you can park in front of your door. There is overflow parking for larger vehicles next to property. Rooms have microwave and refrigerator. They do take pets. Property is right next to highway that runs through town so if you're close to front you hear traffic. Room has a/c that is dated and sounds like it is falling apart so can't leave it running at night. Wi-if is a bit slow. Television has adequate channel selection. No breakfast offered, there is a City Market within walking distance as well as Safeway and Walmart a short drive away. Room is good size but dated, only 2 pillows on bed. Plumbing a bit old as shower water pressure very low. Property served purpose but didn't feel welcomed, don't have a desire to return to property.
The room was basic and it was a bit noisy but it was clean and well located, so it was good value for money. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. No breakfast but there was coffee available.
