I wish there was a rating of ZEROS but there's not. This is my 3rd time staying here. And not one time did I feel welcome. This time was by far the worst. While looking for a new home we spent several weeks in motel rooms. At the cozy We moved into a different room after the first night. In the 2nd room the a/c unit wasn't working & it was a terribly hot day. We went to the office & asked if we could move into a different room with an a/c that works. They wouldn't let us. We were told it was our fault the a/c wasn't working. In the pool area we got yelled at for things that has happened in the past & disrespected for no reason. There were 5 of us in a teeny tiny room with one queen bed so the 3rd day we decided to get a room with 2 beds. We moved all our belongings to the new room. Just like I do every time I leave a room, I took the trash out, stripped the bed, and piled up all the dirty linens. Yes there were crumbs on the floor from having 3 kids with us. We were just talking about paying a weekly rate until we got into a home then the rude woman came to our new room yelling at me in front of people for disrespecting & trashing...I wish there was a rating of ZEROS but there's not.

I was so humiliated. I watched as they dug thru the trash I bagged up and took out, and watched as the room got cleaned. Once the maid was done vacuuming i walked up to see if it was bad and it looked just like it did when we checked into the room.
These people made this a miserable stay and a horrible experience. If you wanted treated respectfully & to feel welcomed I definitely recommend not staying here. I will not be returning. The only decent one working here was the son. He was nice and gave us no trouble.
Like others said in their review....I'm sure these asinine people will not take accountability or responsibility for the way they treated us.
