We have experiences in the last in other smaller cities where the opportunities for local youth and children to go out and have fun is very limited. So the owners don’t even give a damn how they serve customers because the guests have no other place to go.
Well, they mastered it. We walked in to the door where tickets for laser tags are to be sold. Their register was broke, we were to,d to go to the next room to get our tickets. As we walked the next room, we saw people fixing things inside the laser tag section. Leaders, tools and etc. with people working, lots of noise.
Young lady who was supposed to sell tickets were just grabbing with coworkers standing far away from her Work station, NEVER even looked at us or asked us if we needed anything. We stood there and just stood there for a while.
While we were waiting, a guy walks out of the laser tag room told his coworker that someone left a mess inside that area and needed to c9me back and clean up the mess.
While all this going on, there were 4-5 teenage boys playing laser tag inside.
Safety hazard, health hazard, potential to get hurt, rude and disrespectful staff, what else can I say.
Oh well, where else would you go to have fun if you live here? The owner and the management know that you have no choice!
