Most restaurants I've been to Indonesia have a pretty standard menu, but this place had a menu that was page after page of options - fish, meat, veggie, salads, traditional Indonesian, drinks, fresh juices. I chose one of the salads, which I'm always a bit hesitant about considering the water used for washing the vegetables determines if your stomach is going to reject the food or not, but it was delicious and I felt great afterwards. Big portions and very attentive service.
And the ambiance was charming! Colourful hanging lights, lots of nooks to sit in, and they even had a projector screen up and were showing a film while people ate and drank. Really lovely experience, even if the drinks were a bit pricey.
