A very cheap stay. Lovely and helpful staff. There were a couple slight problems, such as an air conditioner that didn't work and loud neighbours. However it was still honestly a great choice to stay at, and staff were very helpful. Nice location and yummy food.

Went for a family trip on a packaged deal, it was an okay hotel. Mostly a place to lay your head if your exploring the area. You have ensure breakfast is included with your reservation when booking and travel to and from the hotel is a fee. ( we didn't know this at the time.) The first night we were there we weren't picked up from the airport as stated in our email we had received prior to leaving. We called the number provided in the email and no answer. We took a cab to the hotel and our reservation was not found. We went ahead and paid for the night and I emailed the company we booked through. Upon going into our room there was only one bed and pulling back the bed sheets there was cigarette burn holes in the blankets. Two doors down we aren't sure what happened but the room was boarded up with boards and the door was missing.The next day everything was resolved and they refunded our money for the first night we paid out of pocket because they had found/ received the reservation. On the last day of our stay they offered us a free 30 minute massage, but we asked if we would just be able to get a free ride to the airport instead. It wasn't a bad hotel just not one I would choose to stay in twice.

It is good hotel, value for money. But mosquito troubled one night but staff were prompt to respond it. Staff were friendly and smiling and were always eager to help the guests. It is close to Kuta beach and shops are all around. We enjoyed our three nights stay there.

Second time ive stayed here and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Absolutely beautiful hotel with large rooms and comfortable bed. The staff just make the holiday that much better with their beautiful smile and outgoing personality. Highly recommend this place. If we needed something Carlos would go out of his way to help with transport or recommendations on where to go. He's the man to ask. LOVE THIS PLACE!

The hotel has a new manager, Gusti, who has developed a great team of people. The hotel was clean, close to the beach, shopping and nightlife but allowed for privacy. Although the food was excellent, it was a little inconsistent yet the staff were very amenable to any concerns. The pools were well maintained, and the view to the ocean from the rooftop made sunset a great experience. It was a very fun yet relaxing holiday in a very affordable hotel. The hotel provided a driver, Susila, and we were able to see many of the sights in air-conditioned comfort. All in all we were made to feel at home while providing those special golden touches.
