The hotel has a new manager, Gusti, who has developed a great team of people. The hotel was clean, close to the beach, shopping and nightlife but allowed for privacy. Although the food was excellent, it was a little inconsistent yet the staff were very amenable to any concerns. The pools were well maintained, and the view to the ocean from the rooftop made sunset a great experience. It was a very fun yet relaxing holiday in a very affordable hotel. The hotel provided a driver, Susila, and we were able to see many of the sights in air-conditioned comfort. All in all we were made to feel at home while providing those special golden touches.

We stayed here only for one night. we arrived quite late a left a little early too. Overall I do not have any bad comment for this place. The exterior of the hotel looks nice and cool. But the interior, especially the room was little old and "tired" looking. But for the price that we paid, it is definitely a great bargain. The location is also good as the hotel is very close to some restaurants etc. So we really had no complain.

We booked in after long flight had to wait as our room wasn't ready. Got to room it was basic but not bad for the price. There is only a key lock no extra security in your room. Next morning left out cash passports credit cards in the safe and went for supplies. Came back to find the door to the cupboard open and the safe wide open. I triple checked and as OCD people can relate I checked checked and rechecked the safe closed the cupboard yet here it was wide open. Called the manager who was so rude and aggressive he was yelling at me I was trying to scam him so I could leave his hotel. The fact we had bought supplies to the room meant we wanted to stay. Nothing was taken but will be cancelling credit cards when I get home. He said we are liars as I pointed out if I was lying I round have said money was missing. We were then given no option but to leave so had to find another hotel. He would not refund my money I had paid for 13 nights said my bad luck for using booking. Com. I felt unsafe and threatened by his behaviour never again.
