I have stayed at Champlung Mas 6 times. Returning again in May 2017 for number 7. The rooms are large, clean, serviced daily and beds comfortable. For a budget hotel it ticks all the boxes for me. Lovely helpful staff. Great location.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and serviced daily. Beds are very comfortable and air conditioning was great. It is an older hotel so things aren't perfect but considering the price for the accommodation I have no complaints at all. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

I found the renovations very nice compared to the old Mas, pool clean rooms clean and staff especially cleaners very happy, Reception Staff not so friendly. Ground floor room next to pool area as requested, upstairs pool not clean all the time so chose not to use it. gardens very nice.

We have stayed at Champlungmas several times and have never had a problem.
Our air conditioning unit wasn't working properly but Carlos sent someone to look who informed us the outside unit wasn't working. They changed the unit for us and it was freezing lol.
Carlos is fantastic and went out of his way to make sure we were happy and didn't have a problem with anything.

I have stayed at many other hotels that are comparable in price but far superior in comfort and amenities. The hotel is old, smelly and has no atmosphere. The deluxe room I was given on arrival, smelt so badly of mould I was nearly gagging! I asked to be moved, which they happily obliged. The next room was better but I would never choose to stay there again, not when for the same money you can get much much better hotels in the same area.
