The Lokha is one of those little hotels you walk pass whilst shopping on JL Padma St Legian and think " might have a look at this place for next time" No bells or whistles ...Its a hidden gem and sadly now - always booked out - which is a good thing, says a lot .Beds are comfortable and the pillows are - well perfect !! Breakfast of champions ....Hubby was celebrating his 50th and just by a comment when we booked in - 5 days later he had a voucher and fruit and flowers waiting on our return from a full day out celebrating. This is the difference between big corporate hotels and the smallish boutique hotels ...It's the little things that make you return .... Well done Made and staff. See you next trip

Room Tip: Higher rooms as no lifts and the walk will do wonders !!

The Lohka legian has great happy staff who provide excellent customer service. This is a great resort for an affordbale price and is situated in Legian about 2 blocks from the beach and is in the middle of both Kuta and Seminyak so its easy to wander around.

The guests were all australians and were generally an older crowd, groups of 40 something women and couples, and only saw one or two families on our 6 day stay. Unfortunately most of the Australians you see in bali give you some cultural cringe but we didn't find any of our fellow guests to be rude, disruptive or overly bogan. Although the Lohka is a small resort i was surprised to hear the resort was booked out as it didn't feel full and we could always get a spot by the pool or at the pool bar. It has a very relaxed feel.

The pizza place at the front which is also part of the restaurant is great, best pizza we've had in ages! The hotel breakfast was a good buffet and you could get made-to-order omeletes and pancakes. We also went to one of the banquet nights put on by the resort and found it very good quality with some great fresh seafood.

Absolutely recommend this resort!

Room Tip: We went with a standard room which is the cheapest, these are located on the 2nd floor, there is no...

The Lokha is a good hotel in a terrific location. Truthfully, I find it a little overpriced for what it is - but everything costs a lot more in Kuta/Legian than a year ago, so I guess it's all relative. This hotel has everything you need - without anything that makes it really stand out from the crowd. I had no complaints - but nor was I really overwhelmed by anything. Lots of Aussies - but a lot quieter than some hotels further south. Great staff, lovely breakfast and the pool was brilliant. Would I stay again - not at their current prices, but if I found a good deal then yes, I would. Recommended.

I love small hotels and the Lokha was perfect. The hotel is a U shape so all rooms overlook the pools. Rooms are nice with very comfy beds & flat screen tv. We had a room on 2nd floor but having seen the poolside rooms I would opt for that. Staff were lovely and remember your name and nothing is too much trouble.
Buffet breakfast is certainly adequate, juices, cereals, toast, pastries, eggs any way you like, bacon, sausages, mei goreng, nasi goreng, and the best banana pancakes!!!

Pool is lovely with swim-up bar and another smaller infinity pool set above which is great for kids & big kids hehehe. Music can be a bit loud but they will turn it down if you ask :)
Location is great being in Jl Padma, near lots of restaurants, 10 min walk to beach, Garlic Lane etc.
Loved it would certainly return.

Room Tip: Pool side rooms are really nice
