Arriving at the Jayakarta check in took over half an hour even though we had already paid and filled in all our details online. We paid for and reserved two double bed rooms requesting as close to each other as possible. We where given two twin bed rooms. We had to go back to reception to change rooms. They then gave us two rooms on complete opposite ends of the resort. One room right near the pool/beach and the other room at the back where reception was.
The staff are overall rude and completely unprofessional. Security hassled us when we where walking out of the accommodation.
The rooms are old and not worth the amount they expect guests to pay.
The breakfast was terrible. Hot plates and fruit was not fresh. We could not eat it.
We unfortunately left after one day as we could not stay at this resort as someone tried breaking into one of the rooms at night. The hotel manager didn't think anything of it!
We spoke with other guests who where having the same issues as well! There seems to be lack of guests safety or happiness.
