Regarding the check in process, it is indeed that we have some policies which required to be informed to guests upon arrival and every single guest must complete it as well. This aims to make sure that everything was clear for the convenience of guests. Furthermore, we thank you for your constructive feedback, and definitely your feedback would be used as our improvement to provide a better product and service. Anyway the noise is indeed becoming common inconvenience that received by most hotels that located in Kuta-Legian area. We do apologize should it causing disturbance to you and other guests. And to improve guest sleep quality, our security has done rounding every 2 hours to check every single area of hotel to make sure everything was smooth.
