We went here several times. It is very busy, but the staff handle it effortlessly. The food was consistently good. I'd thoroughly recommend it.

This cafe is gorgeous with all of the old school charm that Bali seems to be losing fast. The western high tea is a real treat with dainty white bread sandwiches, mini quiche and other tummies. The choice of tea is extensive and impressive. Dodge the juices as they are far from generous. Having a cocktail with high tea is fun. The staff ate well trained and know what they are serving on those Royal Doulton plates. If it's high season book a table. The tarot readers are a Fun touch and some interesting items are for sale.

After being a regular customer of biku for years, I tried getting in for a reservation 2 nights in a row! The service was great but I was annoyed that it was so packed when the good standard was not as good as it used to be.
The beef rendang was bland and the brown rice was inedible. The fish was ok. The highlight for me was my glass of Chardonnay and the pavlova we had for dessert. The pavlova was good except for the missing eggy part in the centre!
