This is the second time we have stayed here and were not disappointed. It has very friendly staff that go above and beyond to make the stay great. Breakfast at the lobby will run about $11 but the food is great if you don't want to venture out. It is within walking distance of the strip and has a back way in to avoid the Gatlinburg strip traffic. Easy access to the park as well.

Room tip: The pool closes at 11pm so if you want a quitter evening steer clear of pool side rooms

Check in Receptionist John was super helpful, and very understanding with our late check in. He was an outstanding employee, John explained the area, best places to eat while out, we were given along with a map that was great for our first time staying in the area! we will make it a yearly trip thanks to the friendly and warm environment, keep up the great work John Love the toasty fire place !

We had a great stay. The hotel staff were on their A game in every way! The pool area was nice. (They have a in door & out door pool). It was 5 min walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. I will stay here again! Everything was great!

We stayed at the Glenstone for our church’s youth retreat. I had not been there in years and was a bit concerned about cleanliness. The rooms had been updated and the beds very comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean- I was very pleased. Yes, the Glenstone is showing wear in places. But it was clean! Our meeting room was perfect. We ate breakfast at the hotel every morning. It was very good!

First time visiting this area. After spending a week at a lodge 30 minutes away, this one by far was much better. Even though the room was facing the outside parking lot, it was pretty cool. So cool that one night while me and my family were sitting in our chairs outside we saw a black bear. Being able to walk around town was great too. Thank you for a great stay.
