We went on this tour expecting it to be very crowded, and some delay due to the spring break. We were surprised that there was no delay and it was well organized. We were asked to arrive half an hour before the scheduled tour which we did. We were entertained while we wait by an excellent hoop dancer. The most amazing part of the tour was getting the best tour guide (Justine). He was knowledgeable, funny and one skilled photographer. He made sure that everyone bring home lasting memories. I would definitely recommend this tour company.

The place is breathtaking. You have to see it to believe it. It is very popular, therefore the place is pretty crowded. It is difficult to take a picture without someone being on it. Despite of amount of people the experience is absolutely worth it.

We came here early in the morning, as we didn’t have a reservation and we were warmly greeted and they were able to squeeze us in. The canyon itself is breathtaking, the tour guide Eder is very knowledgeable and knows how to keep everyone interested! Thanks for everything, the tour is greatly recommended!

We were greeted that morning to rain, lots of rain. I received the dreaded call from Dixie Ellis that the canyon was closed due to rain. They could try to get us in on the 9:15 tour (only 1/2 hour later than our requested time slot or they would give us a 100% refund. We chose the later scheduled time. The groups were a bit larger than normal. Our guide was Owen. He did a great job.The skies turned blue with wispy clouds as seen in our pictures and we had an incredible tour. What an experience! Cameras and good walking shoes are a must. The “restrooms” were in need of emptying so you might want to consider using alternate facilities before you get there.

It was nerve racking the 1st descent to the canyon but it was amazingly beautiful!! The colors are amazing and the shapes unbelievable. Melanay our tour guide is the best. If you come in a group - ask for Melanay and don't forget to give her a BIG TIP! It will be worth it...
