It was horrible the lady behind the desk won't let the kids play the games in the lobby. Their pool and hot tub can't be used and they have 2 kids working there with them and they are under the age of 10.

Got checked in. They had to clean the room as we stood in the room. Extremely dirty pillows. Tile floors were visibly nasty. Flies in the room. No toilet paper. Refrigerator reeked. OMG. I've never seen such a dump. Went to front desk, the will REFUSE TO REFUND YOU. Run don't walk to any other motel within 1000 miles.
DON'T STAY HERE. You are risking bedbugs as well.

Best wedding party . The honeymoon suite was just perfect, price was great. I will be back. Room came with hot tub so it was wonderful. They have heated pool and we enjoyed at the pool. The atrium was great looking with the water fountain.

Stayed at Seasons Inn for the warm Pool and Hot Tub. Got a "suite". Upon Check in the floors seemed dirty around the check in desk once in the room I pull t&e bedspread found blood on the sheets after getting a clean change here's all that happened. Dirty linen, linen not folded when brought to change bedding no extra clean towels 6 people had to use 5 towels. Carpet dirty linens dingy looking like they had been soaked in tea smelled clean looked dirty. No wash clothes or hand towels no hot water they later turned it on but it never got hot until past bed time. 1 trash can in suite. No ice bucket when asked they handed me a bag of ice. Hot tub not working pool was nice and warm. Remote control batteries were Dean the TV in the bedroom only got 2 channels.
The people running the "hotel" were nice some were on the grungy side but nice. I would give this hotel a rating of 2. After paying $92+ for 1 night.

We booked online with hotels.com after looking at pictures of what seemed to be a "nice eco-friendly hotel." Pictures can be very, very deceiving. The Seasons Inn is the most disgusting place I have ever stepped foot in. And, once you make your reservation, there are no refunds! This place will majorly screw you over.
To begin with, the lady that runs the front desk has to go in your room and spray air freshener upon check in. The air freshener doesn't help mask the odor that each room has. It was almost like walking into a scary movie.
The room was disgusting--I wouldn't even use the bathroom. The carpets looked to be atleast 50+ years old with stains and filth all over the floor. They didn't even look like they had been vacuumed in recent months.
The wallpaper was peeling away from the wall and curling. We asked for a non smoking room-but you could tell someone had smoked in there.
The toilet looked as if it had been hot glued to the floor and the shower was old and cracking around the walls.
The curtains were dingy and the bed, I didn't even sit my things on.
The kicker of the whole thing was there was GUM stuck to the headboard of the bed! A huge pile of GUM!
No matter what disgustingness this place held, management and everyone that worked the front desk did not care. They do not give refunds.
We left here so unsatisfied and so disgusted. I called the Arkansas Department of Health. This place is unsanitary and unlivable. Do NOT STAY HERE!!!
